As Nigeria celebrates her fifty-fifth years of attaining
independence, the lawmaker representing Ojo Federal Constituency at the
lower legislative chamber, Hon. Tajudeen Obasa has heartily felicitated
with Nigerians, urging them to remain steadfast and pray for the
prosperity of the nation.
Obasa, who is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) admonished Nigerians not to relent in supporting the government at all levels.
In a statement released on Wednesday by his media organization,the lawmaker urged the good people of Ojo Local Government to celebrate this milestone of fifty-five great years in good faith, remain steadfast, desist from listening to rumour mongers and those spreading false information about him in the hope of tarnishing his image.
The statement reads ” I have served the people for more than 32yrs charitably, it is an opportunity and God’s doing for me to be a member of the eight assembly of the House of Representatives. I’m not the best but God’s time made me to be there at this moment”
” In as much as politics is associated with a lot of challenges and difficulties, I have made a vow to God that I won’t depart from my humble ways”
” My doors are open to all, I’m a public servant and the electorates are the masters”
